1. Before leaving the hotel, confirm four details
Keep the booking conversation accessible on your phone. Confirm the yacht name, the agreed meeting time, the meeting location and the messenger or phone contact for arrival. The meeting time is not necessarily the advertised sailing time.
Plan your hotel departure around the meeting time given for your booking. Travel time depends on the hotel, traffic and the day; this guide does not promise a fixed transfer time or a fixed early-arrival allowance.

2. Get out of the vehicle at Car Park 2

According to YachtSiam's current operating instructions, a drop-off at the hotel or ticket-office area incurs a fine, and the yacht cannot depart until it is paid. 3. After drop-off, go to the agreed meeting point
The representative may meet you at Car Park 2 or near the ATM by the ticket office. Ask which location applies to your booking. An ATM meeting does not mean your vehicle may drop you at the ticket office: get out at Car Park 2 first, then follow the meeting instructions.
On arrival, send your name, yacht name and current location. A location photo can help the contact identify where you are waiting. If you cannot find them, stay in the agreed area and message or call; do not guess the berth or board a yacht with a similar name.
4. Keep the THB 80 marina fee separate from the yacht rate
YachtSiam currently advises a separate Ocean Marina usage fee of THB 80 per person. It is not the vehicle drop-off fine and is not the yacht charter price. Ask your contact how this fee will be collected for your booking.
A yacht rate can cover a specified number of guests, with a separate charge for extra passengers. Do not assume the marina fee is included just because your yacht quotation includes your group. Check the itemised quote and ask about any applicable child-rate exception rather than assuming a discount.
5. What to do if you are early, delayed or in the wrong place
The aim is to resolve the arrival issue before it affects boarding. Your booked yacht's operating arrangements and confirmed terms determine what can be changed.
- Early: tell the contact you have arrived and wait at the agreed location. An early arrival does not automatically mean early boarding.
- Delayed: send the updated arrival estimate as soon as you know. Do not assume the charter will finish later or that a delay guarantees a refund.
- Wrong location: send a location pin or photo and ask for directions before moving again.
- Different instructions on site: speak to your YachtSiam contact and follow the applicable marina staff directions.
6. Finish the shore arrangements before boarding
Once you have met the representative, confirm the yacht and your group, settle any separately due arrival charges as instructed and follow the crew's boarding directions. Keep children with an adult and your group together while waiting.
