A private yacht trip that allows fishing is not necessarily a fishing charter. Some groups cast a line while travelling to an island; others want the route, equipment and time at sea built around fishing. Decide which experience you actually want before choosing a yacht by photograph or price.

What a dedicated fishing yacht changes
The LORD Sport Fishing Yacht 41 ft currently lists fishing equipment, two sonar units, crew and routes designed around fishing. Its published maximum is eight guests. It has a four-hour half-day option, a six-hour option and longer routes, but available times, charges and destinations must be checked against the selected date and the final quote.
A dedicated trip gives the group a clearer fishing purpose. It does not guarantee a species, a catch or a particular sea condition. Before paying, ask which tackle is supplied, whether bait is included, what the crew helps with and whether the intended route is available. Do not infer these details from a photo or another yacht's listing.
When a regular private yacht makes more sense
If some guests want to swim, rest indoors or enjoy a party while only a few want to fish, a general charter can be the better fit. Fishing is often done during travel towards the Monkey Island area, subject to the boat and crew's rules. Confirm that fishing is allowed on the exact yacht and that gear is available rather than assuming every vessel carries it.
A four-hour charter commonly uses approximately one hour outbound, about two hours near the anchorage and around one hour returning. That leaves limited flexibility for a serious fishing session as well as swimming and paid water sports. A longer charter can make more room, but route and cost depend on the vessel, weather and sea conditions.
Choose by guests, route and real fishing time
For one to eight guests whose priority is fishing, compare the dedicated LORD option. For a larger party, ask YachtSiam for a vessel with sufficient deck space and an explicitly confirmed fishing setup; a regular yacht is not automatically a replacement fishing boat.
Tell us whether children or non-fishing guests are coming, whether the trip is mainly fishing or mixed with swimming, and how many hours you want. The normal meeting point is Ocean Marina. Koh Khram or other longer routes may need more time and a different price. Fishing rules and safe locations are determined by the operator and conditions on the day.

What affects the total quote
The base charter, included guest count, duration and chosen route come first. Then check marina or island fees, meals, transfers, premium services, extra hours and any special time surcharge. A price for one boat should not be compared with a per-person join-tour ticket.
The public yacht detail page is the place to check the current displayed rate; use the final quotation for what is actually included on your date. If swimming is the main goal, note that the Monkey Island area is generally not a reliable snorkeling destination. A more suitable snorkeling route such as Koh Kham needs separate consideration.
